No separate state general assistance, state paid family and medical leave program, or state earned income tax credit was confirmed on the official sources checked. Arkansas participated in Summer EBT for 2026. Arkansas 211's official page says its operator currently serves only Benton, Madison, and Washington counties, so statewide coverage is not confirmed.
