Good to know
No Mississippi state general assistance program, state earned income tax credit, or paid family and medical leave program was confirmed on official state agency sites. A separate state application for the ACA marketplace is not used; Mississippi residents use HealthCare.gov. The state’s 2026 Summer EBT participation status is not listed because Mississippi has declined to run Summer EBT (SUN Bucks) each year since it began.
